We could keep on going but you see the general drift of enthusiasm and customer satisfaction.Yes we do get some negative feedback:-

Course could have been longer (So we introduced the 10 day course and confidence projects)
Tools could be cleaner.(We nag and nag students to instill good working practice.Some courses are good some bad).
Bays could be lighter (Some bays could do with a little more light and it is on the cards to resolve this)
Could be more handouts(Some lectures are common sense,but we constantly review our methods and have added further handouts)
